About Us
Opportunity Links is a not for profit organisation, established over 10 years ago to make it easier for people to access the information they need for them and their families.
We work in close partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council, childcare and providers of services to families to deliver the most accurate and up to date information as possible. We can also signpost people on to other services that may be of help to families and can also, with the agreement of clients, refer people on to other organsations if they require help that falls outside our area of expertise.
We aim to provide services to all customers regardless of race, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, offending past, caring responsibilities, social class or age.
The service operates a strict confidentiality policy except where a child is perceived to be at risk or care provision is perceived to be placing a child/ren at risk.
We welcome all user feedback so please get in touch. This helps us to improve our service.
For the future
This website replaces the previous, long-standing one. We have included a wider range of information and this will continue to develop and grow. If there is anything that you think is missing, or any suggestions for improvments please contact us.

We know that many families are supporting elderly relatives and friends. Finding reliable up to date information in one place can be challenging. We hope to include some information for those with caring responsibilities over the coming months. We would be interested in hearing your feedback on this idea and the types of information that you would find useful.
The Childcare and Families Information Services are available through the telephone helpline, email, post, fax, web, and outreach.
