All staff are well informed. I've never had to be transferred to another member of staff. The only office who has staff that can answer ALL queries (instead of telling me the person I need to speak with, is not available and there's no-one else there to help me). Congratulations on giving us the service we need, when we need it!! And thank you for not sending every member of staff on annual leave at the same time. Even your trainees are attentive to our needs. WELL DONE!!
  

The service I received was great. The info on Childcare (Nurseries & Childminders) was great. The contacts for Childminders were especially helpful and useful to have costs. I am sure that if I need any other help your friendly staff could assist. Thank you.
